Strawberry Banana Ice Cream!

Another fruit desert! I must really like making these!

So today, I'm going to tell you how to make this 3 ingredient ice cream!

This ice cream is the perfect desert whether you're on a diet or just want a good desert because it has two important factors: taste and benefits for the body!

Strawberries and bananas are both very healthy for the body as together, they provide Vitamin C & K, Fibres, Folic Acid, Manganese, Potassium and best of all, bananas are great for weight loss!

Ingredients:

-Bananas (2)

-Strawberries (6-8)

-Plain Greek Yogurt (150g)

This amount of ingredients will provide 500ml of ice cream (6 bowls)

How To Make It:

1) Cut the strawberries (after washing) and bananas into slices and put them to freeze for 2 hours.

2) Get a blender and the fruits out of the freezer.

3) Put the greek yogurt, strawberries and bananas into the blender. Blend until smooth

4) Put this into the freezer for 3-4 hours.

5) Once ready to be taken out, put it bowls.

6) If you have spare strawberries, cut them into long slices and place them on top of the ice cream in the bowls.

Ready To Serve!
