Watermelon Pizza!
Whats a great dessert, which also happens to be healthy and easy to make? Watermelon Pizza! While I was scrolling through the internet, I saw this amazing idea and I was positive I needed to make it. Watermelon Pizza is such a great dessert which only takes some effort to make so let me share my version of it with you!
Ingredients:
-Watermelon (1 inch round slice)
-Yogurt (1/2 cup)
-Honey (2 spoons)
-Vanilla Extract (1 tsp)
-Strawberries (4)
-Banana (1/2 banana)
-Pistachio Crumbs
-Granola Crumbs
How To Make It:
1) 2 hours prior to making the watermelon pizza, hang the yogurt to get rid of the water in it and then keep it in the fridge for two hours.
2) Cut the watermelon into a 1 inch round slice (as demonstrated in the picture above)..
3) Get the yogurt out of the fridge and put it into the bowl. Add the honey and vanilla extract into the bowl and mix until creamy.
4) Put the yogurt-vanilla extract-honey mixture onto the cut slice of watermelon and spread it around it.
5) Cut the strawberries and bananas and put the on top of the yogurt.
6) Sprinkle the granola crumbs and pistachio crumbs on top of the fruit.
7) Cut the watermelon into slices and prepare to serve.
